***HOLLYWOOD HEIGHTS SCHOOL WAS NAMED AN ILLINOIS SPOTLIGHT SCHOOL FOR 2005 AND RECEIVED THE ILLINOIS ACADEMIC IMPROVEMENT AWARD FOR 2005.  WE ARE EXTREMELY PROUD OF OUR ACCOMPLISHMENTS.

 
 

School Improvement Goals
                 
1.   Continuing to integrate technology into the Reading Program to provide a variety of strategies and methods will adequately improve performance in Reading at all grade levels.

2.  Continuing our present Math program will adequately improve performance in Math at all grade levels.

3.  Implementing a consistent writing program using a standardized writing vocabulary will adequately improve performance in Writing at all grade levels.

Educational activities for students, teachers, and staff have been established to help us with these goals.
